Terms of Use

Draft content - for legal review

This is proposed copy, not a published legal policy. The website operator and legal adviser must verify the wording and actual practices before it takes effect.

Effective date: to be confirmed after approval.

Please take a moment to read these proposed terms. They are organised around the things you may do on our website, from exploring a masterclass to accessing your learning materials.

01About these terms

These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for using the El’bey website and its masterclass content. They cover browsing the website, creating an account and accessing learning materials.

Before using a paid service, read its description and any purchase-specific conditions. The identity of the website operator, the effective date and any applicable legal requirements must be confirmed before these terms are published.

02Your account

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Do not use another person’s account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Any age or eligibility requirements, and the process for closing an account, should be stated here once the service requirements have been reviewed.

03Masterclasses & access

Check each masterclass description for its subject, format, included materials and access requirements. Access duration, device requirements and any limits on downloads should be explained before purchase.

Learning materials are intended for education. Results depend on individual experience and practice; a masterclass should not be understood as a guarantee of a particular professional outcome or qualification.

04Purchases & cancellations

Review the total price, currency, payment method and access details before confirming a purchase. Any taxes, additional charges or purchase conditions should be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling rules remain to be confirmed. The final terms must describe the actual policy and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law; this draft does not limit those rights.

05Using our content

Unless a masterclass expressly says otherwise, the proposed permission is to use its materials for your own learning. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or share paid materials or account access without permission.

Ownership of website materials and any third-party licences must be verified before publication. Nothing in this draft is intended to restrict uses that are permitted by applicable law.

06Responsible use

Use the website respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload harmful material or send abusive messages. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

Any process for restricting access or suspending an account should be proportionate and explained in the final terms, including how a user can raise a concern.

07Availability & changes

Website features and masterclass information can change. The final terms should explain how maintenance, unavailable content and material changes affecting purchases will be handled and communicated.

Any liability provisions, dispute process and governing-law wording require legal review. No jurisdiction, waiver of rights or limitation of liability is specified in this draft.

08Questions & contact

If you have a question about access, a purchase or these terms, use the Contact page. Include the relevant masterclass or order reference where available, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

For information about personal data, see the draft Privacy Policy. Both documents must be approved together so their wording reflects the same service and practices.
